House Building Finance Company Limited HBFCL Job to apply are (Management Trainee Officers (MTO) Program) the post which require being filled by the applicants as soon as possible, HBFC looking to hire exceptional and talented fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee Officers (MTO) Program. Now, I will be able to provide you with an overall overview of the rest of the details of the post.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Masters Degree/ 4-years Bachelors Degree 
• Subjects: of Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science/Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Human Resource, Law, and Sociology.
• CGPA:  At least 60% marks where percentage system or 2.5 out of 4.0 (CGPA) or 3.5 out of 5.0 (CGPA) 
• Age: 25 years (Maximum) . relaxation up to three years for candidates from NA/FATA/GB, AJK and Balochistan.
• Quota: As per provincial.
  

Compensation

• The selected candidates will serve as Management Trainee Officers for a period of six (06) months in the Market Competitive Scholarship. Upon successful completion of the training, MTOs will be offered regular employment in the company as "Assistant Manager" (OG-2).

Application Procedure

• Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are required to fill up an online application form at the National Testing Services. (NTS) website  and download the completed form along with the bank deposit slip from the website.
• N Candidates will submit the test fee as per the instructions given on the NTS website.
• The application form along with the original paid copy of the deposit slip will be sent to NTS Headquarters, Plot No. 96, Street No. 4, Sector H-8/1, Islamabad. Please mark the envelope with the position title "MTO-2021.
